15760 NE 4th St

April 25, 2024: BASIS Bellevue - Junior School. This project proposes a new BASIS Bellevue - Junior School for Grades K-5 at 15760 NE 4th St, Bellevue,
WA 98008. The school will have a capacity of 300 students in approximately 27,810 sf of new building. The existing building on the site, which will be demolished, is a church building. A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) will be required to use this site as a school, which intends to open in the Fall of 2026. Minor site work will include existing parking lot modifications to accommodate the new building configuration, small site play areas, site fencing, frontage improvements as required by the City of Bellevue, and landscape infill.
