Existing primary structure encroaches into 75' steep slope setback and existing carport structure is located entirely within the steep slope setback.
Proposal seeks to revise the steep slope structure setback to include footprint of existing carport to allow for conversion to garage and connection to house by addition to existing footprint. See geotechnical report for steep slope discussion.
March 6, 2025: Permits issued.
