May 22, 2024: Bellevue College Building W. Addition and renovation of an existing art, studio, shop and classroom building on the Bellevue College campus. The renovated existing building (currently referred to as Building C north) is a portion of a much larger series of connected buildings. 6,116 SF of the existing building is demolished and 39,696 SF is built new for a total increase in 33,580 SF. The interior of the building is comprehensively renovated. The completed renovation and addition project will be known as Building W and totals approximately 59,000 GSF., 23 128546 LJ
