June 27, 2024: Pagliacci Eastgate -Drone Delivery Retrofit. Minor facility retrofit to add accessory use drone delivery capability to the restaurant. Infrastructure includes a metal tower with a 36 square foot below grade concrete foundation on the exterior of the building with electrical and data feet, and a wall passthrough window to allow for package loading. One newly planted tree will be relocated on the site, the rest of the planting will be replanted after construction.
