July 23, 2024: Retaining Wall Update - 1209 141st Pl NE. The existing railroad tie retaining wall is showing bulging and weaknesses at various points. We'd like to replace it with a new cement, rock, or brick retaining wall to improve long term function. The retaining wall, however, runs along a city/trails sidewalk and easement. We need additional information about who is responsible for the retaining wall, what right of way guidelines we need to follow, what structural guidelines there are, and what utilities we need to be mindful of.
