July 25, 2024: Eastgate Goddard School. The proposed project is located in the Eastgate Office Park building, at 15500 SE 30th Place, Bellevue, Washington. The site is fully developed with a 66,800 sf two story building, below grade parking for 96 stalls, surface parking for 189 stalls and landscaping on approximately 3.5 acres (154,471 sf +/-). The property is zoned "Office" and is in a "Transional Zone" overlay.

The proposed project includes demolition of approximately 11,722 sf existing office space and removal of approximately 3,500 sf of landscaping and some trees, all parking to remain as originally designed. This will allow for a tenant improvement for new Goddard School which will be located on the first floor and playgrounds. Access to the space will be through a new entrance with connection to existing parking via a new sidewalk system.

There will also be approximately 3,000 sf of new exterior playgrounds, enclosed by a 6' high black metal fence. The playgrounds will include play structures per Goddard standards.
