Aug. 1, 2024: LQ - Water Damage Level 8-12. Water leak on level 12 in the Lincoln Square North Office tower . This affected the walls and finishes on levels 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
A hot water overpressure valve broke in the middle of the week, thank goodness not on a Friday after hours.
The walls affected did include rated walls and elevator fronts. Technically the hoist-ways are currently compromised although I have all of the 6'' exploratory holes blocked.
