Aug. 13, 2024: The Kelsey Apartments. The proposed project is a redevelopment of 1.68 into 248 residential apartment units, 20% of which will be affordable utilizing the MFTE program. The building is 5 floors of type VA construction over 3 floors of type IA construction, 1 level being subgrade and another being partially buried. We have talked with the mayor, city council and staff about getting the proposed submitted and approved under the new zoning code.
