The applicant proposes to construct a cable-lift tram system allowing access from the residence, which is located at the top of a steep slope, to the waterfront areas at the west side of the property. A retaining wall will also be constructed to stabilize a portion of the steep slope west of the existing residence.
April 24, 2025: Permits issued.
