Forced relocation of existing T-Mobile shroud and antenna equipment approximately 20 feet south due to building owners re-roofing project (21-115754 BZ). Existing T-Mobile shroud to be anchored to new engineered sleeper system that will structurally support the existing loading per code. Current existing location doesn't meet structural code with the proposed owner's project without significant building upgrades. Building owner's project raises the roof deck approximately 12 to 14 inches for insulation installation resulting in T-Mobile's necessity to match in height. No new or additional telecommunications equipment proposed. Like-for-like in overall rooftop footprint., 21-115754 BZ
