3815 131st Ave NE

Nov. 20, 2024: Tree Strike damage to single family residence at 3815 131st Ave NE. Large tree uprooted from hillside due to strong winds. Tree fell on southeast side of residence resulting in significant structural damage to the upper and lower level. Unable to gain access due to deceased resident still in the residence. Residence is classified Limited entry to retrieve personal items in the mid to North end of the residence only. Power, Water and Gas was shut off. Residence is not stable for occupancy. An approved structural building permit will be required before starting any repair work but can perform emergency repairs to mitigate any further damage.
