Nov. 22, 2024: PRO Sports Club Exterior Aquatics. Remove 3 unoccupied apartment buildings and replace with new exterior aquatic facilities that includes a new bathhouse, equipment mechanical equipment room, 2 lap pools, 3 spas, and deck space, and possibly 6 new exterior pickleball courts. It anticipated that there will be no new impervious areas created, on-site utilities will be modified as necessary. Fire truck access will not be modified. No new driveways will be created to access 148th. Approx. 977 parking stalls exist on site and approx. 60 will be deleted.
