Olberg Residence. Feasibility Study to confirm viability of relocating the driveway for a new single family residence. The current driveway on this corner lot entering in off the busy through street 123rd Ave SE between the road on a hill/slope that is bending/turning to the north and south. Proposed new location to the north off SE 26th St which is a dead end road. This lot unfortunately does not allow the proper distance from the intersection, which is why I look for your expertise the viability of getting approval to relocated driveway for safety reasons.
