Jan. 6, 2025: 10th Street Short Plat. The inquiry is to determine the process to remove the RVA encumbrance from Tax Parcels 758370-0014 and 0015. The RVA was recorded as part of the original short plat, 04-133294-LN, which was recorded in 2005. At which time, an RVA was required, however, standards have been updated since and the RVA is no longer a requirement in the City of Bellevue., 04-133294-LN
