Jan. 16, 2025: 1038 89th Ave Final Short Plat Amendment. The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the trees that are being removed and what is remaining, as per the Amended Site Plan attached. The Arborist initially missed trees and came back on site to recalculate the trees. We are not replacing anything, that was a note that was accidentally added. We have met the tree retention regulations based on the calculations and are in compliance with the short plat revision requirements in Land Use Code (LUC) 20.45B.240., 23-109033 LF
