Jan. 28, 2025: PSE Enatai Beach Utility Locates. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is in the early stages of project development for the PSE Submarine Cable Replacement Project (the Project or project). PSE is proposing to conduct potholing to locate underground utilities at Enatai Beach to obtain utility location information in order to inform project design. See attached project narrative for additional details.
