1220 Bellevue Way SE

Feb. 18, 2025: 1220 Bellevue Way Development. The project consists of demolition of the existing structure and site features and proposes new construction of 7 new single-family homes with associated site work. Each home will be three stories and approximately 4,500 SF, including a 2-car garage. The site will be accessed from a curb cute along Bellevue Way SE. Our understanding is that this would need to be approved through a PUD process and we would like to discuss that with the City. Please see attached site plan for additional project information.
