The owner proposes a short plat of the subject parcel. Under current conditions, the driveway enters the lot in the southwestern corner. The applicant intends to divide the existing lot into two. The existing residence and access from SE 37th Pl will be retained. A new single-family residence with access from 122nd Ave SE will be permitted and constructed at a later date.
