June 25, 2025: High Street Residential - 11040 Main. This application is for the Phase I Building Permit which includes all Type I structure including the P3 Parking Level, P2 Parking Level, P1 Parking Level, L1 Ground Floor Level, L2 Residential Level Floor Plan South & North Building, L3 Residential Level Floor Plan North Building, L4 Residential Level Floor Plan North Building. The proposed project at 11040 Main Street is a 350-unit residential building with approximately 312,300 SF of market rate and affordable units and approximately 111,400 SF of below grade parking and mechanical. The site is located on Main Street between 112th and 110th, with the new Broadstone Bellevue Gateway to the east and Sir Galahad Apartments to the west. Just to the south across Main Street is the new East Main Light Rail station. A new bike lane dedication is included in the proposal along Main Street, as well as sidewalk widening to improve the right-of-way. New landscaping and trees line the street front, along with a new public plaza located at the front door of the project and designed to look out over Main Street at the new lid park to the south and Mt. Rainier. The building is constructed of 5 levels of type IIIA wood construction over 4-6 levels of Type 1A concrete (including the garage).
