July 24, 2025: Britton dock repair work. Conduct repair work on existing residential dock on Lake Washington. Dock framing to be replaced with ACZA treated fir beams. Stringers to be 4in x 8in, pile caps to be 6in x 8in. Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Piles to be sleeved with HDPE tubes as shown on attached plans.
