3715 Factoria Blvd SE

Oct. 2, 2025: 3715 Factoria Blvd SE - Fire Damage. I am working with the property owners to repair their fire damaged commercial building at 3715 Factoria Blvd SE Bellevue WA 98006. The fire was on August 6th and damaged the south half interior and roof. We will need to rebuild a section of exterior wall and replace a few structural beams & posts. We will also need to replace the mechanical ducting and plumbing in the south half of the building. The electrical is still unknown, but we are assuming we will need new panels & wiring throughout. The building is fully standing and stable but the wood framing is charred in the SE corner of the building.
