3000 Northup Way

Oct. 15, 2025: 3000 Northup Way Site Improvements. This project includes exterior site improvements to address accessibility, safety, and aesthetics at the existing building. Work includes replacement of stair and entry paving to meet accessibility standards, expanding the landing area and removing one parking stall. A new steel and aluminum trellis will define and protect the entry. The front parking area will be restriped to add a compliant access aisle and new curb ramp, resulting in the loss of one additional stall. One new accessible stall and access aisle will also be added in the open parking garage. Landscaping work includes removing two cherry trees (8-in and 10-in diameter), installing raised planters with irrigation and drainage, and replacing ivy with suitable vegetation.
