Seeking a Pre Application Conference meeting with ROW and Land Use permit reviewers to provide preliminary review of proposed location for an official City of Bellevue neighborhood sign for the Eastgate neighborhood located at 148th Ave SE and SE 45th Pl on excess right-of-way land. Just interested in the feasibility of the location for a sign via DC, if approved, would go through the formal ROW, Land Use and Sign Code process later.
