Oct. 31, 2025: COBT - Bellevue College Connection. The BCC project will reconstruct two internal Bellevue College campus roadways (Snoqualmie River Road and Kelsey creek Road) to provide two 11-foot-wide general purpose travel lanes to improve access for frequent transit (and future rapid transit) users. The project will also provide ADA accessible bus stops, multiuse sidewalks, and intersection modifications at SE 24 St and SE 32nd St. The new roadway alignment will generally follow the current Snoqualmie River road alignment.
