Nov. 5, 2025: Newcastle Beach Park Playground maintenance. The City of Bellevue Parks and Community Service is proposing to update an aging playground facility that suffers from poor drainage in Newcastle Beach Park. Parks proposes to upgrade the playgrounds drainage and equipment within the existing footprint. New playground structures will be installed to replace aged equipment. The completed project will provide a more robust, accessible, and inclusive play experience.
