Nov. 12, 2025: HoM District Binding Site Plan. The HoM District Phase 2 Project is located at 10812 Main St, 100 108th Ave NE, and 103 110th Ave NE, at the southeast corner of the intersection of 108th Ave NE and Main Street and extends to 110th Ave NE. The Project will construct two residential multifamily towers over a common podium that contains two levels of below grade parking. The entire site will be cleared and an earth retention system will be utilized to excavate for the garage installation.
