Nov. 24, 2025: Parus Homes dock repair work. Conduct periodic maintenance and repair work on existing residential dock on Lake Washington. Dock framing to be replaced with ACZA treated fir, stringers to be 4in x 8in, pile caps to be 6in x 8in. Wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Piles to be sleeved with HDPE tubes as shown on attached plans. Permit used boat lift and canopy adjacent to dock as shown on plans.
