Dec. 5, 2025: BC RPBA Installation and Meter Replacement. See DD Basis of Design Report for for more details. The project proposes the installation of RPBA's on the backside of both of Bellevue College's watermain connections to the City's system: one, 8inch RPBA off of Kelsey Creek Road SE, one, 10inch RPBA off of 148th Ave SE. Both will include above grade enclosures with power supply for required heaters. Bellevue College is very close to entering into an agreement with the City of Bellevue to include the replacement of the 10inch water meter near 148th Ave SE into the RPBA installation project in an effort to share costs and reduce shutdowns to the campus.
