Our development objective is to design a new hotel that provides an active and complementary presence for the area and exemplifies the direction the new Wilburton neighborhood is striving for. The location, dynamic design, and connection with public transportation will provide a unique experience in the City of Bellevue. The building is planned to have 2 below-grade stories of parking and 1 above grade level of parking, providing approximately 132 stalls. The first floor will provide public and back-of-house hotel spaces with circulation and trash services. The main floor contains the Lobby, Bar and Food service, and back-of-house service areas. There are additional 6 floors above level 2 containing 174 hotel rooms. The building will be construction type 1B, with the guestroom floors using either concrete or light-gauge metal framing., 25-116054-DB
