Dec. 22, 2025: Meydenbauer Bay Marina Pier 1 Project. In accordance with the Bellevue Municipal Code (BMC) 23.05 and 23.20, the City of Bellevue Parks and Community Services Department proposes to demolish three finger docks attached to Pier 1 (also referred to as the guide pier) at The City of Bellevue Marina (refer to Figure 1). This project would be combined with a similar demolition project proposed at Clyde Beach Park. Both demolition projects would have the same contractor. Efforts are underway to reconfigure this portion of Pier 1 for the purpose of accommodating and supporting additional waterfront activities; however, these upgrades will happen as a separate future project and are not associated with this proposed demolition.
