Jan. 15, 2026: Meta B13. First tenant improvement in a newly constructed building. The scope of work includes floors 1 through 9th, with reception and training on Level 01, a new kitchen and dining facility on Level 02 and offices on Levels 03 through 09. Existing facilities on Level 01 - locker rooms, restrooms, and loading dock, will be preserved for use by the tenant. Existing restrooms on Levels 02 through 09 will be preserved for use by the tenant. No new vertical transportation is added.
