14700 SE 39th St

Feb. 13, 2026: Eastgate Commons. The city is planning a new neighborhood park at 14700 SE 39th St. Our city council approved the master plan, and we now move into the design and construction of the park. Work will include demolition of existing single-family homes and sheds, retention of large trees, grading, drainage, and new hardscape. Program elements such as a small playground, an open lawn, and a shade structure with seating will anchor the park and be surrounded by native and adaptive plantings.
