April 8, 2026: Enatai Holdings Pier Repair. Repair an existing pier that was damaged by a crane that was working on the neighboring pier and fell on the subject pier. The pier will be repaired to condition that was previously permitted under building permit number 22 118831 BR. The steel framing members in the pier walkway were damaged and will be repaired to previous condition. No work to occur to the piles.
