April 20, 2026: AMITY COURT 14400 BEL-RED RD. The approved Land Use permit project consists of an eight-story fire-protected building of Type IV-C construction, with 3 levels of Type I-A construction for below-grade parking. We propose the following minor modifications to the approved project: (1) Reduce the below-grade parking garage by one level, retaining P1 and P2 levels only, for a total of 138 parking stalls. (2) Change the building construction type from Type IV-C to Type III-A, with no changes to the current building envelope, floor plans, building setbacks, landscaping, driveways, or other site features.
