April 24, 2026: NE 12th Street Bridge. Seismic retrofit of the city owned bridge, which is on a ROW easement on Safeway Corp property. This project will modify the foundations and put jackets on the columns. This requires sawcutting pavement and excavation. Other work includes moving an electrical meter and associated electrical. Night and weekend work will be options for the contractor.
