April 24, 2026: Hyatt House Bellevue Hotel. Our development objective is to design a new extended-stay hotel that provides an active and compelling presence for the new Wilburton neighborhood. The welcoming site, and dynamic design will provide a unique experience in the City that will connect with the transit-oriented nature of the overall neighborhood development. The building is planned to have 3 parking levels, 2 below-grade and 1 above level 1, providing 133 stalls. The first above-grade floor of the hotel will fill a majority of the site with a large setback on the south side to create a ride-share and loading lane with generous sidewalk. The first above-grade floor also provides the public and back-of-house hotel spaces needed for the hotel. The main floor contains Lobby, Bar and Food Service, and back-of-house service areas. There are 6 floors above level 2 containing 174 hotel rooms. The building will be construction Type III over Type 1B podium, with the guestroom floors using either wood or light-gauge metal framing. The remainder of the required parking is provided by shared parking agreement with adjacent parking structures and walkable neighborhood connected to the light-rail. Though the project will not be seeking any environmental certification, our goal is to utilize state-of-the-art energy-saving equipment and sustainable materials. The project replaces an existing medical office with adjacent surface parking., 25-116054-DB;25-118240-DC
