May 7, 2026: DAY CARE TI REMODEL. I am working with a client who plans to convert an existing office building into a daycare facility. As part of this project, we are adding exterior playgrounds, including one on the west side of the building. As shown in the attached site plan, there is an existing FDC hookup on that same side. Although the FDC remains outside the proposed fenced area, I wanted to inquire if there are any concerns regarding the proximity of the playground to the FDC hookup.
