May 29, 2026: The Kelsey Apartments. Demolish the existing 32,000 SF retail building and erect an eight story, 356,806 SF apartment building. The proposed building will have 222 apartment dwelling units and 279 structured parking stalls. Building to consist of five levels of Type IIIA over four levels of Type IA construction. One level of parking will be below grade.
