July 20, 2026: Glendale Country Club Golf Course Renovation. The Glendale Country Club plans to renovate the greens, tees, and bunkers within the existing course footprint. The renovation proposes to remove existing turf grass, modify the underground irrigation system, cut and fill course soil, and regrass. The total estimated cut and fill quantity is approximately 10,100-CY. The cut and fill activities will balance each other out with no import or export of soils anticipated. There will be no work below the ordinary high water mark. All work activities and soil disturbance will be done outside of all wetland and stream buffers. Additionally there will be no tree clearing on the project. All disturbed areas will be restored back to their previous condition with turf grass or bunker sand.
