Three detached single-family homes are currently under construction. This subdivision establishes interior lot lines and the associated reciprocal easements only. Requesting participation from Land Use, Transportation, Utilities, Fire and Building to discuss submittal document waivers, whether any additional frontage or offsite improvements would be conditioned on the short plat, expected LN processing time, interior lot line placement relative to existing site walls, and recording sequence relative to final inspections and certificate of occupancy.
