Sept. 23, 2026: VZW AE 5530 Highland Dr Purpose Built Poles. Verizon Wireless is proposing to install new purpose-built small wireless facilities (SWF) in three locations throughout Bellevue. The proposed design and locations are in-line with the general standards applicable to all SWFs as outlined in BCC 6.08.050.D.1 and specific additional standards applicable to SWFs installed on purpose-built poles as outlined in BCC 6.08.050.D.4. The design utilizes a utility pole to match the existing pole types and styles in the area, as well as to match the aesthetic of the area. The proposed design is shown in the Location and Design Exhibit included in the submittal.
