Nov. 2, 2026: Curulla BLA. My dad and I have been working on updating the easements and boundary between our adjacent properties for the last few years. We share an old driveway between the properties. We have completed the Easement update recently. My Dad passed away in November of last Year. Our family is planning to sell dads house in the near future. This BLA is intended to facilitate that and both properties no longer being within our family in the future. We are adjusting the boundaries to remove a small shared parking area and that required going through our property.
