Nov. 5, 2026: South Bellevue Station Fire Hydrant Transfer. This is a permit to review the request to transfer the five private fire hydrants at the South Bellevue Station to the care and custody of the City of Bellevue as discussed during the construction process. Sound Transit has completed this process at several other stations in the City of Bellevue and would like to finalize this process with the transfer of the hydrants at the South Bellevue Station. These hydrants were constructed per the City of Bellevue requirements and specifications with the intend to transfer them after the station had been completed. No modifications or new construction will take place at the site as part of this permit submission.
